1. Artwork - Proper file format to include PDF, AI or EPS (Ideally from vector files)

2.  Describe what type of garment, colors and how many you would like to have customized?

3. What will the customized products be used for? i.e. Fun Run, Work Event or Sports.

4. In hand date needed
